FOOD: 7 FOODS TO EAT TO HAVE A PERFECT SKIN

If you really want to have the best skin then this post is for you. here are the best food you shouldn't miss. 

1: Brown Rice   

Brown Rice is a rich source of Vitamin B, protein, selenium, and magnesium, and countless other antioxidants. It also is a great food that can help balance sugar levels which has been linked to skin breakouts. The steadier your blood sugar level is, the more likely you are to not break out. Food for though!



2: Avocado

This delicious little fruit can be bought at your local grocery store any time of the year, for a not-too-shabby price might I add! Avocado is a great source of Vitamin E, which boosts the skin’s vitality. Not only does it contain Vitamin E, but also C as well, which is a cure for inflammation. Try eating it with chips in Guacamole dip, or put it on a dinner/lunchtime meal! Delicious and healthy and inexpensive? It’s a win-win-win!

3: Cottage Cheese
Cottage Cheese is a delicious snack that can be taken on the go in little containers when you are desiring that healthy snack but don’t want anything bad for your body! This delicious treat contains selenium and is high in protein; both are used to clear your skin. Don’t like it? Try to add berries for extra nutrients and taste that your skin will love, and more importantly, your hungry stomach.

4: Eggs

Eggs, you say will help me with my skin? You are darn right! These delicious babies, sorry I couldn’t resist, feature plenty of zinc, protein, and a wide variety of vitamins and things your body will love you for eating it and obtaining the nutrients. The special thing though about this option is selenium, which has been known to assist in clearing skin up in the most expensive of creams and lotions. Why pay for such an expensive cure when eggs could help you in somewhat a similar way? I don’t know! Hard-boiled, scrambled, whatever you like, but eggs, and especially the yolk part, will help give clear skin.
5: Vegetables

You see this, and instantly you think, “Wow I should have ate all my vegetables when I was little like my parents told me!” Vegetables, such as broccoli and a variety of others, contain antioxidants like Vitamin B complex, C, E, K and A that can all be used to help assist you in forming clear and beautiful skin. These can be used to help clear up any damaged tissue that may arise from previous breakouts, and could assist in your bodies ability to aid any blemishes that are on your face. Just a simple few pieces of broccoli or your favorite vegetable can help guide you to clearer skin!

6: Water
Water- No way, you are thinking. But hold on a minute. Drinking water can help refresh your body and bloodstream and take out the bad and bring in the new! Acne breaks out and your body cannot stop it from erupting on your face if it does not contain materials needed to stop the outbreak from happening, so why not drink an extra glass or two of water solely on the fact that it could help cleanse your skin? Water can be used to splash on your face alone, or with some skin cleanser. Even just rubbing your face free of makeup or sweat from working out with water will help your body defend against those unwanted dots on your face!

 7: Omega-3

These foods contain an oil that can help you clear your skin. Now, the common belief is that it is bad to eat fatty food in general, but the word fat really does have an instant negative reaction to any human being. The thing about Omega-3 is that it contains anti-inflammatory parts, which can help your skin and the condition that it may be in. If you are not a fan of fish, which is a common and great source for this Omega-3 I have been talking about, then you can take supplements that contain similar results as if you were to eat the real thing.
